ALL NO CALL/NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THEIR STAY NO MATTER THE LENGHT OF STAY OR REASON. NO EXCEPTIONS.ANY RESERVATION MADE FOR CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S, M. LUTHER KING WEEKEND, PRESIDENT'S DAY VACATION, MEMORIAL DAY, 4 TH. OF JULY, LABOR DAY WEEKEND, 1ST TWO WEEKS OF OCTOBER AND THANKSGIVING REQUIRES A 30 DAY NOTICE NO MATTER THE LENGTH OF STAY. Check In:
Our cottages are generally ready by 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier and the cottage is ready you may occupy it.
Check Out:
Our standard check-out time is 10:00 a.m. In a few instances we may be able to arrange a later check-out. There is a charge of $5.00 per hour for this service.
Late Check-In:
Our office normally closes at 9:00 p.m. If you expect to arrive later than 9:00 p.m. please advise us so that check-in arrangements can be made.
Note:
We have three additional rules which are strictly enforced.
- No pets,
- Non-registered visitors are not allowed on the property. This is done to insure the peace and tranquility of all our guests, and
- If you plan to bring more people than you have booked for, call us first, we have definite limits on how many may occupy a cottage.
