OUR COTTAGE RENTALS:

Located in the beautiful White Mountains, each of the ten cottages boasts a delightful view of the mountains.All our vacation rentals are heated for year round enjoyment.We offer 5 cottages with wood burning fireplaces for those cold wintry nights or for setting that romantic mood. All units have kitchens with utensils provided (8 cottages featuring full kitchens), shower/bath, and CCTV. Before making a reservation we suggest that you visit our floor plans page of our vacation rentals to choose the cottage that best suits your family and needs. Clean, comfortable, and affordable, we have the largest cottages in the area, several with decks to fully enjoy the mountain views.

BRETTON WOODS Ski Area . A great family resort with all level of abilities (4.5 miles) on Rt. 302E VOUCHERS FOR LIFT TICKETS TO BRETTON WOODS are available in our office for our guests and will save you $8.00 on each lift ticket.

CLIMB MOUNTAIN WASHINGTON. We are located close to all major hiking trails!

Reservations for your vacation rentals are held with credit cards. Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a one night charge fee ( Phone cancellation OK for stays less than 4 nights). Reservations for more than 4 nights require a 14 days cancellation notice in writing /fax or the full charge of your stay will apply per cottage reserved. ALL NO CALL/NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THEIR STAY NO MATTER THE LENGTH OF STAY OR REASON. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ANY RESERVATION MADE FOR CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S, M. LUTHER KING WEEKEND, PRESIDENT'S DAY VACATION, MEMORIAL DAY, 4 TH. OF JULY, LABOR DAY WEEKEND, 1ST TWO WEEKS OF OCTOBER AND THANKSGIVING REQUIRES A 30 DAY NOTICE NO MATTER THE LENGTH OF STAY. Cancellation must be in writing or by fax.
